Flagship Sales Manager

As our mission and team grows, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Flagship Sales Manager to join Maggie Marilyn's retail team of changemakers.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, the Sales Manager’s will oversee all boutique operations, and be responsible for leading and inspiring their team with passion, kindness, and enthusiasm for Maggie Marilyn’s mission to Use Fashion to Create a Better World.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating an environment among their retail team that reflects the Maggie Marilyn World across all stores and translates into achieving customer-facing and commercial objectives, as well as working closely with clients to nurture Maggie Marilyn’s invaluable database of loyal VIP customers around the world.
They will motivate and inspire team members to deliver the highest level of customer service, communicate Maggie Marilyn’s values, and leave a lasting impact on their customers.
The successful candidate will possess innate people skills, a refined understanding of their client’s needs, and will draw on their comprehensive brand knowledge as well as a background in the premium retail sector to manage and multi-task across people leadership; commercial performance; visual merchandising; boutique presentation; retail operations; stock management; reporting; and training and hiring.
Key skills, experience and knowledge
- Minimum 3 years store management experience in a premium RTW retail environment.
- Hold exceptional customer service experience & standards.
- Have proven experience understanding and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- A thoughtful and confident communicator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Uphold a proactive, “hands-on”, result-oriented attitude.
- Be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Be willing to leverage skills and expertise for common goals.
- Uphold a commitment to honesty, integrity and quality with a high work ethic.
