If goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.

If you would like to exchange a size, or swap your garment for a different style, please send your order back to Maggie Marilyn with a completed returns form.

We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.

Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way to us, or for any import duties and taxes incurred.

We are happy to refund any order if your return meets the below conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. - We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer. - Items must be unworn with all tags still attached. -Swimwear must be tried on with undergarments and returned with the hygiene seal attached. - Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on. - You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
